50th wedding anniversary
last week i got to photograph a really sweet and intimate ceremony at the charleston air force base. walter and nancy had gotten married at a chapel in the base 50 years ago. all of their kids (5 of them!) flew out from california to be there for their wedding anniversary. it was such an honor to be asked to photograph the ceremony. the old chapel on the base had been torn down but they had the ceremony at another really pretty chapel on the base.

the ceremony
they had a picture taken in front of the chapel 50 years before that showed the address of the chapel. so we decided to get a similar photo 50 years later.

This is so beautiful! Also your most recent weddings and bridal shots are sooo great. Charleston and the surrounding areas make for such stunning backdrops.. You just get better and better all the time! My sister said the other day that she can't wait to see how good you'll be by the time she uses you for her wedding (she is only 15, so you have awhile -- we hope! Haha)..
